Venus was another CeCo spinoff! I found a listing in the January, 1929 issue of Radio Retailing where C E Manufacturing Co., Inc., for the Trademark "Venus" for thermionic vacuum tubes which it had used since February 1st, 1928. Serial No. 266,298.
