Brian-Marsh was a division of the General Electric Company, opened a light bulb factory in Central Falls. They purchased the Farwell Mill in 1906 for $75,000.

It was reported on January 1st of 1907 that the plant would be ready to manufactuer light bulbs in February.

On July 20, 1907 it was reported that the Thurber Horton mill which was purchaeed by the Bryan Marsh company at the same time they puirchased the Farwell Mill was gone. It was most likely raised.

In what must have been a very inovative move at the time, the company added a Dispensary, Lunch Room and Ammusment Hall to the factory in 1913.
