Brian-Marsh was a division of the General Electric Company, opened a light bulb factory in Central Falls. They purchased the Farwell Mill in 1906 for $75,000.

On July 20, 1907 it was reported that the Thurber Horton mill which was purchaeed by the Bryan Marsh company at the same time they puirchased the Farwell Mill was gone. It was most likely raised.
