The Delfelco Battery Corporation (DeLancey Flech & Co) was incorporated in 1922 with $25,000 Capital stock 1. Office were listed a 11, 12 & 14 Meeting Street in Pawtucket and the factory was at 28 Bayley Street. Ads started appearing in July 1922 and ran through May of 1923. Raymond W Farnum, Pawtucket, was one of the incorprators.

There is also a listing for a radio station, 1OJ @ 200 meters, Pawtucket, R. I. licensed to DeLancey, Felch & Co., a station of Raymond W. Farnum. Programming was listed as no regular program now. Music. Range 150 miles. 2

In 1922 DeLancey Flech & Co has a listing under the Wireless Apparatus & Supplies section of the Providence (12 Meeting St, Pawtucket) Business Directory 3 and also a large ad 4.

1923 finds listings at the same address 5 and we confirm that DeLancey's first name is William J 6. There is also another listing in 1923 that lists 3 prinicipals of the company but not which postions they held, Clyde P Delancey, Raymond W Farnum and Wiliam J Farnum. 7. There is also a referance to a large ad on page 783 which is the same page as the last reference so I assume it was the same.

In 1924 we see a company listing at 10 Meeting Street 8, Pawtucket and another listing for Raymond W Farnum being associated with the company 9. Then there is a 1924 large ad that shows the company address as 10-12-14 Meeting Street in Pawtucket 10. The final listing found in 1924 is one than again lists Clyde P DeLancey and Raymond W Farnum and listed as selling wholesale radio merchandise. 11.

1925 has Clyde P Delancy president and Raymond W Farnum treasurer with the company slightly moved to 8,10,12 Meeting 12. This is confirmed in the large display ad in 1926 13.
