In 1913 his station, 1UW, is listed in the Licensed Amateur Stations, First Radio District, June 3rd, 1913. In 1915 he is living in Providence, he has another brother, Carl and his mother is listed as head of household. His father is not listed. Arthur's occupation is listed as Wireless Operator 1 3. In 1916 Arthur is listed as a wireless operator living at 11 Colfax St 4 In 1919, Arthur is listed as part of the recorbreaking freshman class at Brown University. 5 In 1924, Arthur is listed as Senior Radio Oporator on the Monterey Ships Manifest, July 28 1924. 7 1925 puts Arthur back in Brooklyn, NY his occupation being the director of the YMCA. 8 New York Times August 17, 1927. In 1928 Arthur is granted a patent for a balloon aerial. Amarillo Globe February 16, 1928. US1650461 RECTIFIER 1930 shows Arthur living in Mamaroneck NY with his wife Ethel and daughter Barbara. His occupation listed only ad Radio. 9 The navel reserve register from 1943 lists Arthur as a Lieutenant, retired. 10
