L & G Tube Company in Providence, RI. Very little on this company, just that they were in Providence and this is the only examples I have seen other then in the book Radio Tubes and Boxes of the 1920s by George A Fathauer.

I have also found a identical box and tube called Veribest, also made in Providence that seems to be the same company.

One fact about the Verbest tube and the Little Giant tube is the Guarantee on the Veribest is the same as the Agreement on the Little Giant, and Everite, all made in Providence.
