Fields Point?

There is evidence that Massie had an installation at Fields Point in Providence, Rhode Island. This evidence is found in the obituary of Kennerh MacKay. It states that MacKay built wireless aerial poles at the site. He also built similar poles at Point Juidth, Block Island, and Cape May, NJ. I have found no othere evidence of the Fields Point location. The associated documents follow.

1912: American Marconi buys out Massie's West Coast system including the San Francisco land station and 13 shipboard installations. [SWP, Pratt] 6

Two of the ships of the day were the tug SS Rescue, call sign RSQ, with a Massie Wireless Telegraph Company ten-inch induction coil and crystal detectors, and the banana transport SS Olinda, call sign OA, with a United Wireless Telegraph Company half KW spark, and crystal detectors. [3] These vessels may have had radio operators aboard from the companies that supplied the equipment such as Massie, just as Marconi operators went to sea on various companies vessels.

Mystery Massie Station "BD"

According to 2 QST articles, 4 years apart by Irving Vermilya, there was Massie installation in New York, NY on Jerome Avenue with call letters "BD". It was a 10 KW station. It tells of the equipment in the stagion possible being pilfered by some amaturers and the author. I have not been able to find any mantion of this station or the call "BD" in NY.
